Heidi is a friend of Maddie's. She teaches ESL at Utah Valley with Maddie. I don't think you have met her. She is really fun. Tomorrow I am making your tofu salad and your cashew balls and Susan and I are having a picnic at the park. I wish so much that you could come too. I miss you and I love your blog. The pictures of the ocean are so enticing!!!
